Argianas & Associates Welcomes William Stulgin

Argianas & Associates, Inc. is pleased to welcome William (Bill) Stulgin as the Managing Director of Residential and Small Income/Mixed Use Properties. “While Argianas has built its 30-year reputation on the appraisal of complex, special purpose, and investment grade properties we’re cognizant that not all clients are General Motors. Mom-and-pop mixed use properties deserve the same respect and thoroughness as specialty and mega-sized properties. Bill, a State of Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, has performed and assisted in real estate appraisal assignments of various properties throughout the State of Illinois. His 30 + year career includes the appraisal of vacant land, single family houses, condominiums and townhouses, PUDs, 2-4 unit residential, commercial, and industrial properties (owner-user and income generating real estate assets), and lakefront estates/mansions. Bill has extensive experience in the Chicago MSA, self-evident in the high caliber and quality work that he delivers.

Representative clients for Bill include private clients, corporate executives, financial institutions, accounting firms/law firms, and local and State of Illinois agencies. He has completed valuations for banks, asset managers and trustees, and litigation support including single property and multi-property portfolios. One of Bill’s strongest skills is his nuanced familiarity of Chicago’s different neighborhoods.

Prior to joining the Argianas team, Bill held positions as Chief Appraiser and Senior Review Appraiser at institutional lenders and has taught college-level real estate appraisal courses. Bill has also been recognized and awarded for his attention to detail and care in providing professional appraisal services. “Bill has shown himself to be an outstanding colleague in the years we’ve collaborated.
